Deathchant (USA)

Deathchant uit Los Angeles is typisch zo’n band die je live moet ondergaan. Heavy rock zoals het bedoeld is met referenties aan Thin Lizzy, Motorhead en uiteraard Black Sabbath. Full on Rock met de twee gitaristen T.J. Lemieux (Psychedelic Speed Freaks, Child, Babylon) & Doug Stuckey (Banquet) ondersteund door de donderde mokerslagen van drummer Joose (Petyr, Warish, Harsh Toke, Pharlee) en de stomende baslijnen van bassist Quinn-George Camacho (Child, Babylon).

Deathchant kan je al gezien hebben op een van de vele Desert Fests en deelde het podium met gelijkgestemde bands als Weedeater, Midnight, Electric Wizard, Monolord, Graveyard, Pentagram, High on Fire, Earthless, Danava, Elder, Blackwater Holylight, Bewitcher, en Sacri Monti.
Deathchant brengt hun platen uit op het fraaie Riding Easy uit en hun vierde studioalbum wodt later dit jaar verwacht.
